Verbdrill 0.04 alpha

Verbrill currently has the following dependencies on Windows:

• Cygwin, incl
  • sshd
  • ncurses (clear)
  • Ruby
• PuTTY (or another appropriate terminal application, but the default Cygwin shell is incompatible)

If you are using a fairly mainstream Linux distro, it will probably Just Work.
